Your journey to mastering AI-driven leadership starts here.
Dear leader. We’re excited to invite you to join our AI mentoring program, specially designed to equip you with the AI skills needed to excel as a leader in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.
What is hetki.io?
At hetki.io, we are dedicated to empowering leaders with AI-driven insights and skills that are critical for navigating and thriving in the future of business. Our program is built on a unique reverse mentoring model where AI natives—those who have grown up immersed in technology—work one-on-one with experienced leaders like you.
This approach ensures that you not only learn about AI but also how to practically apply it in your leadership role, addressing real-life challenges and enhancing your decision-making, communication, and strategic capabilities.
Program structure and what to expect
You’ll participate in 1.5-hour mentoring sessions every two weeks, designed to fit into your busy schedule. These sessions can be conducted face-to-face or online, depending on your preference.
“The program covers a range of AI-related leadership topics, each session building on the last. Below you’ll find the video introductions to first sessions.”
The mentoring program consists of 12 sessions, starting with Session 1, which introduces participants to generative AI and essential executive AI skills. In Session 2, the focus shifts to effectively familiarizing oneself with business materials and preparing for meetings.
Session 3 explores how to analyze situations and problems effectively. Participants will then learn to generate alternative decision paths and choices in Session 4.
“Each session includes practical exercises and after-action reviews to reinforce learning and ensure you can apply AI concepts to real-world scenarios.”
Session 5 covers the creation of impact scenarios based on different decision options. Finally, session 6 delves into stakeholder analysis and managing potential issues that may arise.
